SUPER IMPORTANT: We have ample availability to accommodate all of the Snow Day packages sold, but our most popular times will book completely. Our Client Coordinators are on hand to book your session ASAP.
We will be unable to extend this offer beyond the expiration date - June 30, 2016 - if you do not call far enough in advance for availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
What type of photography can my offer be used for? Your Snow Day Sessionette can be used for any type of session including family, newborn, children, and senior graduation. It cannot be used for combined cousin sessions.
How far in advance do I need to book my session? Our Client Coordinators are on hand to help you book your session. Just give your local studio a call and we'll get you booked and ready to go! We ask for at least 48 hours notice for booking your session, but recommend calling at least a few weeks in advance to be sure you get your preferred date and time.
How do I know who my photographer is when I book? We've opened availability for our Snow Day Sessionettes for all photographers. Our photographers each go through a very intense training process to ensure consistency and a stellar experience across the board. We don't think you can go wrong with any of our talented photographers! However, if you're looking for a specific photographer, please call your preferred studio so they can book your Sessionette over the phone.
What’s included with this offer? Your sessionette is for a 15 minutes session plus same-day ordering and one (1) custom retouched 5x7 print, white mat and 8x10 Bella frame. Additional gift prints may be purchased for $60 each. Additional digital files may be purchased during your ordering meeting at a discounted price of $75 each. You also recieve several benefits of our Moderne Sessionette, including use of our DIY Concierge service.
How many snow day sessionettes can I purchase? This offer is valid as (1) per household.
Can I buy one and give it to a friend? This offer is not transferrable, because there is no way for us to hide it from the receipient that it was purchased on sale. So sorry! We do offer gift certificates, so if you'd like to give Little Nest Portraits as a gift, just contact us and we're happy to help.
How do I order? Sessionette ordering takes place immediately after the session. After your session, our photographers will take a few minutes to transfer and do a rough edit of the files. During this time, you're welcome to help yourself to coffee + tea and snacks. We have toys, books and games to keep your kids occupied, too. Then you'll work with your photographer to select your free print and add any additional prints or digital files. Our clients find this to be the most fun part of the whole experience (and so do we!).
Can I trade my product in for other items? Yes! You can apply the value of this sessionette towards another sessionette or Classic Session. We will just deduct the $89 payment from the total of your sessionette. We also have the DIY Concierge Service available for you to use to order additional products, wall art and products from our partners at Minted, Artifact Uprising and mPix. We also offer a unique variety of typography, desk and wall frames for you to purchase and use to build the perfect gallery wall.
How many people can be in a session? Your package covers up to 5 people and/or pets. If you have more than that, it is an additional $25 per person.
May I go on-location? This offer is for our studio locations only.
Where will my photo session take place? What locations are available? When you book your appointment online, you'll have the option to book in any of our studios. Each studio hosts a variety of backgrounds and options for beautiful imagery.

What is your cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule? Life happens, we know! Just call us at least 48 hours prior to your session to reschedule and allow us to service clients on our waiting list. Please note, cancellations made within 48 hours are available for one rebooking. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (either photo session or viewing & ordering appointment) will result in forfeiture of your offer.
Can a digital file be used commercially? Digital files are for personal use. If you need a commercial license (i.e. for something being reproduced or used in a larger print run) please contact us.
What if I’m late for my appointment? If you’re late it will cut into your session time and no one wants that! If you have not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, this will be considered a forfeited session.
Do I have to purchase anything in addition to what is included? Of course not! We are offering additional prints and digital files at a discounted rate and will have lots of options for you through our DIY Concierge Service.
Can I combine this offer with another promotion? Your snow day package is a pretty sweet deal, and cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions or discounts (including our Sweet Cheep offer). Gift certificates can most certainly be applied towards your order.
Do I own the copyright to the images? Little Nest Portraits keeps the rights and ownership of all images. If you choose to purchase digital negatives, we will grant you a print release, allowing you to print them for personal use - not commercial use. Prints may not be scanned or copied.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To pay via cash or check, please contact one of our Client Coordinators at your preferred studio.
