PLEASE read this document through to help you understand the process, policies, pricing and suggestions to make your portrait session a wonderful experience.

SUPER IMPORTANT: We have ample availability to accommodate all of the Mother's Day packages sold, but our most popular times will book completely. If you need assistance in booking your session, our Client Coordinators are always on hand to help get you booked.

We will be unable to extend the offer beyond the expiration date - September 30, 2016 - if you do not call far enough in advance for availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of photography can my package be used for? Your Mother's Day package can be used for your choice of an indoor sessionette or an indoor classic session. It's perfect for family, newborn, children, and senior graduation sessions. It cannot be used for combined cousin sessions. 

How far in advance do I need to book my session? We recommend booking as far in advance as you can to ensure you get the time and date that works best for your family. You can either book when you purchase the session, by contacting your local studio or by letting the lucky Mom schedule it herself. You can change your Sessionette or Classic Session date and time slot up until 48 hours in advance. For extra assistance, please feel free to contact one of our Client Coordinators. 

What’s included with this Mother's Day promotion? Your $95 package includes your choice of a Sessionette or Classic Session, plus your choice of a custom suede photo keychain or custom photo smart phone case. The recipient can choose which session type and product she'd like upon booking, so no need to make the decision for her! Package pricing still applies for these sessions and includes a minimum purchase of $225 for Sessionettes and $475 purchase for Classic Session. 

How many packages can I purchase? This offering is limited to one per household.  

Can I buy one and give it to a friend? Yes! This offer is intended for gifting-- although if you want to treat yourself, we don't blame you! 

How do I order? Ordering your product will happen either directly after your sessionette, or at a separate ordering meeting if you select the Classic session. At that time, you'll be able to pick your free product, as well as order additional packages!

Can I trade my product in for other items? This offering is such a great deal that the product cannot be traded for another item. 

How many people can be in a session? Your Mother's Day package covers up to 5 people and/or pets. If you have more than that, it is an additional $25 per person. This offering cannot be used for cousins sessions. 

May I go on-location? Our Mother's Day packages are for indoor studio sessions only. 

Where will my photo session take place? What locations are available? Once you purchase your offer, you'll have an option to redeem it any of our locations across the country. Each studio hosts a variety of backgrounds and options for beautiful imagery.

What is your cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule? Life happens, we know! Just call us at least 48 hours prior to your session to reschedule and allow us to service clients on our waiting list. Please note, cancellations made within 48 hours are available for one rebooking. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (either photo session or viewing & ordering appointment) will result in forfeiture of your offer.

What if I’m late for my appointment? If you’re late it will cut into your session time and no one wants that! If you have not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, this will be considered a forfeited session.

Do I have to purchase anything in addition to what is included? We do require a minimum package purchase for both our Sessionette (starting at $225) and Classic Session (starting at $475). Please contact your local studio for details. 

Can I combine the Mother's Day package with another promotion? This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions or discounts.  Gift certificates can most certainly be applied towards your order.

Do I own the copyright to the images? Little Nest Portraits keeps the rights and ownership of all images. If you choose to purchase digital negatives, we will grant you a print release, allowing you to print them for personal use - not commercial use. Prints may not be scanned or copied.

What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To pay via cash or check, please contact one of our Client Coordinators at your preferred studio.
